Reviewed the merits of FPTP and Popular vote and why Canada might want to change electoral systems.  Students did the chocolate bar vote. Began to fill in the top 4 squares of page 3 on the worksheet:  "Structure and Roles of the Federal Government". For homework, students are to come up with 2 positives and 2 negatives for each box.
