Social Studies 9A - Finished reviewing the handout: "Consequences of Immigration". Reviewed "annotation"  Handed out Article #! about Elderly immigrants.  Students are to read, annotate and find evidence for the author's position.  We began to review the article.  Will continue next class.

Social Studies 9B - NO CLASS TODAY due to students completing H.S. practice registration.  Finished reviewing the Points System (p. 170).  Handed out the first reading for the "Family Class" analysis.  Students should annotate for next class, and complete the retrieval sheet.
