Social Studies 9E - Reviewed objectives of the Immigration and Refugee protection Act. 2002 on p. 177.  Watched a video about the Romas, and our immigration policies with respect to refugees. Began to review changes to Canada's immigration policy between 1976 and 2002. (p. 179)
 
Social Studies 9G  - Continued discussion about different perspectives of the Singh Decision (p.182).  Discussed the impact of immigration on Collective rights of Aboriginal Peoples (p. 183 - 184).  ***students are reminded to bring drawing tools, and a sharp pencil for Monday's class**** students should read page 348 in the textbook to prepare for the task.****
