Reviewed changes to Canada's immigration policy between 1976 and 2002 (p. 179).  Reviewed the Singh decision (pages180-182).  Began to discuss different perspectives of the Singh Decision.

Social Studies 9E -  Reviewed the Singh decision and perspectives (p. 181-182).  Discussed how immigration affects Aboriginal collective rights, and Resolution 49 (p. 183-184).  ***For Wednesday's class, students are to bring drawing tools (ruler, math set, sharp pencil, eraser). Students should read page 348 before class*****
