Social Studies 9E - Reviewed the video viewing sheet from last class. Began to look at how to decode "political cartoons".  Decoded the cartoon on page 3 of the handout from two classes prior. ***Students will have a quiz tomorrow up to page 67.***

Social Studies 9B -  Finished reviewing the worksheet: "Myths About Youth Crime in Canada.".  Read aloud two articles about the "Case of the Microwave Cat".  Students were  put into groups to decide upon the sentences for two of the offenders in the case.

Social Studies 9E - Finished reviewing the back page of the objectives worksheet.  Looked at statistics about youth crime.  Students identified trends that they noticed in statistics with regards to the implementation of the YCJA.
